Shipping policy
All orders ship daily Monday to Friday - Most standard orders placed before 12 noon (QLD Time AEST/AEDT) on a business day (being Monday to Friday) are shipped from our warehouse leaving the same day. If your order is particularly urgent you are more than welcome to contact us at info@snafubmx.au prior to ordering to confirm options. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday where possible.
*Please note - our freight providers do not work on public holidays, so we do not ship any orders on National or QLD public holidays. Additionally, if a public holiday falls between the time when we dispatch your order and when it is delivered, this may cause delays in the transport of your freight, which are out of our control.
Our number one priority is to get your orders out in a timely manner, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please email us if you have any issues tracking your package once you have received a tracking number.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS... We do not refund shipping fees if the order is returned or refused due to address error or refusal by you, the customer.
AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC ORDERS
All orders are shipped via Australia Post and StarTrack. Most Domestic orders ship within 1-2 business days via UPS. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We do not refund shipping fees if the order is returned or refused due to address error or refusal by you, the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
All International orders are shipped via DHL, Australia Post and or StarTrack. International rates may vary depending on size and weight. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10-14 business days for delivery.
